One week-end in Sao Paulo, it's short but enough to do a little clip.<br />

It was on the 8-9 of august and we were lucky with the marvellous weather.<br />

Cette fois-ci, ça e passe à Sao Paulo au Brésil (1ere fois que j'y mets les pieds!).<br />
C'était sur 48 heures, le week-end du 8-9 aout et malgré l'hiver qui sévit là bas en ce moment (hémisphère sud oblige) c'est bien 30° et un ciel magnifique qui nous attendaient.<br />
C'était aussi la 1ere sortie de la nouvelle sony fx1000 avec laquelle on a fait quelques plans.<br />
Et ça se passe en 3'17.<br />

I was fortunate enough to be invited back on True North to experience their "Adventures in Paradise" tour which started in Kavieng In Papua New Guinea and finished at Alatou.<br />

It is an amazing journey which allowed us to interact with many villages that still had no resemblance of twenty first century life. It was like stepping back in time to another world. I was given the opportunity to film many of the children in these villages and I have put together a short collage of some of these.<br />
<br />
It was an incredibly moving experience. The excitement on their faces at our arrival and the warmth shown to us was something I will remember for a long time.<br />
<br />
The "True North" is the only adventure vessel which visits these areas and makes a logistical nightmare seem effortless. It was a trip of a lifetime and I hope to revisit this amazing country one day.<br />

Blog entry 17th Dec. 2008 ADEYTO presents the Japanese designed and manufactured ultralight one-man helicopter.
The total empty weight of this helicopter is only 155 lbs.
World's smallest co-axial helicopter invented by Gennai Yanagisawa, C.E.O of Gen Corporation http://www.gen-corp.jp/ can be bought for US $ 35,000.
Controlling the GEN H-4 is very easy.If you wanted to go forward, you would pull the control bar toward you. If you want to go to the right, you would move it to left, and want to go left, move it to right. Of course you can reverse the helicopter. you only have to push it forward.
The rise and descent are controlled by the throttle. If you push the throttle lever, GEN H-4 goes up, you let it, GEN H-4 goes down.
If you wanted to turn to the right or left, you would push yaw-control-switch by right hand.
Driving both sets of rotors are the four GEN 125 engines. Boasting a TBO of 500 hours, it is a lightweight 2stroke 10hp boxer twin with chrome cylinders and fully supported crankshafts. Each engine is equipped with its independent ignition, carburetors, starter and centrifugal clutches, the possibility of a total engine failure is very low, but in the unlikely case of an engine failure a stopped engine will not load the other engines making continued flight possible.
For those looking for maximum safety, provisions for a ballistic parachute has been provided.

Hey everyone, once again I want to take a moment and thank you all. I've said it many times before but I'll say it again, it's truly been a pleasure for me to do these comics.<br />

I'm especially gleeful for this one, the final installment of Volume One, because in a way it's a small fulfillment of one of those childhood wishes -- I used to draw out Mario levels and characters on graph paper. I'd move them around and make the little paper Mario jump on the paper Goombas and think, "Man, I wish I could record this." Fast forward some 20 years later and I've finally gotten around to doing something like it. Here's to the 6 year old in your past who always liked to draw cartoons.<br />

| Invisible Wars: Redefining Aid
This is the motion piece from my final project at VFS in the Digital Design program. I worked with my partner Jake Graydon to create a heavily driven motion graphics website that promoted international volunteering to areas of crisis. This is the motion piece that drove the site.<br />
<br />
As you watch this video you'll notice that there are three holding periods. During this time the user has the option to interact with some of the assets and characters within to learn more about the topic. We illustrated/designed all assets and characters and then assembled the entire scene in C4D. The website is still being constructed so check back soon for the link.
